A bulk coffee order is a significant commitment — sample approval lets you confirm cup quality, roast behavior, and defect levels before placing or paying for a full container.
We follow a structured six-step process from your first request through to a pre-shipment sample pulled from the actual lot that ships, so there are no surprises on arrival.
Six Steps from Sample to Shipment

Request Sample
You tell us your grade preference, roast style, and end use. We select matching lots from current stock.

Sample Dispatch
A 250g–1kg sample is couriered to you, typically arriving within 5–7 business days depending on destination.

Cupping & Evaluation
You cup or brew the sample against your own quality benchmarks — aroma, acidity, body, and defect count.

Feedback & Adjustment
If the profile isn't quite right, we offer an adjusted lot or blend and send a second sample at no extra cost.

Sign-Off & Pre-Shipment Sample
Once approved, we pull a pre-shipment sample from the actual bulk lot for a final confirmation before loading.

Bulk Shipment
With sign-off received, we proceed to packing, documentation, and dispatch of your confirmed order.
